*919# is a convenient, secure and easy way to perform your banking transactions (transfer money, check balance, buy airtime, pay bills and lots more) anytime and anywhere, using any type of phone without need for internet connectivity or data.

Buy airtime and recharge your phone from UBA account

Buy for yourself

Dial *919# (for example, *919#, press the number 1 to buy airtime for your mobile number registered with UBA account and then enter amount.

Buy for Friends

Dial *919# (for example, *919#, press the number 1 to buy airtime for your mobile number registered with UBA account , enter the phone or mobile number and then enter amount.

Check UBA Account Balance

Dial *919#, press the number 4 and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number you used to open your UBA account and follow the instruction.
If it doesn’t work, you then have to register the number by dialing, *919#.

How to transfer money from UBA account

Transfer  to UBA Account

Dial *919*Account Number*Amount# (for example, *919# , press the number 2 on the mobile phone number you used to open your UBA account.
You will select the bank type and enter your pin for the transfer to be authenticated.

Transfer to Other Banks

Dial *919*# press the number 2 on the mobile phone number you used to open your UBA account. You will select the bank type and enter your pin for the transfer to be authenticated.

Register PIN

Dial *919#, press the number 7, then press the number 2, and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number, then you can create a 4 digit pin

To reset your PIN

Dial *919#, press the number 8, then press the number 2, and 4 and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number, then you can enter old 4 digit pin, then you will be required to enter new 4 digit pin.

Open UBA Account

Dial *919#, press the number 7, then press the number 1, and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number, you will receive a SMS with the account number.

Block UBA ATM Card Using USSD

Dial *919# from the phone number you used while opening your account, then press 8 to go to next, then press 2 to block debit Card (ATM card).

How to Get Cash Without ATM Card (Cardless Withdrawal)

Dial *919#, Press the number 6 (For Cardless, Paycode) transaction from your account on the mobile phone number you used to open your UBA account. You will be required to create a one time pin (OTP), then enter the PIN to get a Paycode directly from you UBA Account to Withdraw the cash.
At the ATM, enter your Paycode, OTP, Pin, Amount and Phone Number to get your Cash.
