How to register or reset PIN for Polaris Bank USSD transaction

Please I have trying to make online tranfer it not accept, what can I do

What’s the format for writing date of birth? I have been trying to ser my pin and it always bring a message asking me to enter my date of birth, but once i entered it, it will tell me invalid account account details. Its annoying

Rubbish bank ,why is my account been deactivated
Even the mobile app saying processing error

Please I want to make transfer from my Polaris bank account to my first bank account but it seems difficult, because I didn’t register for an Atm card with the Polaris account there fore I can’t provide numbers on the card for registration.

I misplaced my phone including the ATM and my I.D Card but I can’t retrieve my line due to lock down and banks closure.. though I downloaded Polaris app on another phone… Trying to transfer cos I have all numbers required from my ATM card but just that I can get the otp number from the line I use to get the alert … So how can u help me

I can not transfer to another person, saying invalid error, during this lock down no cash to spend and u banks did not open, pls is there any other way that I can do to transfer.

Team Polaris you really need to fix your bank app I mean there’s no one single comment about your bank app everyone’s just complaining and you guys didn’t do s***. Anyways my own problem is I forgot my login to the app so i can I go about this?

I activated my pin using ussd code,I want to deactivate it,because it’s my savings account I dont want to carry out any transaction at all.

If you don’t know what to say, you better keep quiet. Do you think we are babies in mobile banking? Polaris bank should better upgrade their transactions to 21st mobile banking not the opposite

I vw been trying to change my default pin,when i dial *833# it will b saying unfinished.

Have been trying to transfer money through the *833# to no avail.
Have used *833* amount*account number #, each time #10 was deducted but at end it always said pin tries exceeded. It has happened more than 6times without the account been credited.
