    Have been trying to transfer money through the *833# to no avail.
    Have used *833* amount*account number #, each time #10 was deducted but at end it always said pin tries exceeded. It has happened more than 6times without the account been credited.

    Good day all, please a so sorry for the problem each and every one of you is facing, in other to access our USSD transactions please use the last 4 digit of your ATM CARD, polaris IT team is working hard to fix the issue of you not being able to Reset your USSD CODE PASSWORD and also the *833# command.

    I do think this polaris bank will do better as a POS shop. Online service is zero. Transfer code 833 an apology. Customer services are poor. Just fed with their sick systems.

    Each time I dial the pin it’s always show me connection problem or invalid MMI code, beside I miss placed my ATM card and they just transferred money into the account so I want to transfer the money out of the account I can’t, and where I am now the bank do not exist here.

    USSD code is not going through on my mibile phone since all these years till now.
    I don’t know why it’s always shown unfinished on registered line which I used open an account with you.
    “While other Banks are going through well both online transaction, and transfer code.
    ” However, USSD/Transfer code always going 24/7 at other Banks.
    “Meanwhile, other Bank aren’t like that.
    Peradventure, I will shutdown my account at your Bank, and Banking with another bank.
    Why is yours like that?

    I just got my ATM card and I’ve activated it.
    I needed to transfer money and I was asked for the last 6 digits of my pan
    I provided it but it said authentication failed.
    I put in *833*10# for my otp but it also said it can’t be retrieved.
    I don’t understand what is going on….
