This bank is the worse bank ever in the recent time. It appears nothing works there.
Since March I apply for following:
1. Receiving alert to my account;
2. Increase my transfer;
3. Internet registration for my account:
I filled all the forms and sent to them since March. It has been not responsive. For 5 consecutive weeks I was sending reminder, they did not respond (only one comment of COVID excuse). I left them without communication. Last 2 weeks I wrote them, and they quickly apologized and promised to do something fast. Till date, the story is still the same, nothing has been done.
PEOPLE: Shine your eyes. This bank is sinking fast.
