  13. I subscribed for Jinja package it was only showing 31 station instead of 51 stations
    And they where unable to show us dove tv, Emmanuel tv,Islam tv other religions station,is not showing bbn ,so Many stations are not showing

  15. I subscribed #1900 for jinja a couple of weeks back . Till I as write , I could not find more than 10 channels . All efforts to scan yeilded same , 10channels , reporting no channels found . … What do I do ?

  19. I got a call from one o the customer care some days ago and he told me immediately I recharge 1900 naira he told me I will automatically be upgraded and I will be able to see 50 channels within 48 hour of recharge . I am surprised I only saw 35 now

  24. I have a complaint.. I’m on gotv Jinja package. I just subscribed now and there is no Africa magic channels and I only got one music channel (soundcity). And you guys listed numerous channels subscribers on Jinja can get and we aren’t getting any. Walahi!!! If you guys don’t rectify this I changing my cable TV…
    And none of your customer service shouldn’t try and call my line either…

  26. Is gotv still on the may Jinja promo? Which the one of 1900 is 950 because you people called me for the promo but when I want to sub am seeing 1900 not the amount you people told me

  32. Why all these complians from customers gotv try and do Smth concerning the africa magic epic on jinja.. Things are high one can not afford to be subscribing and needed channels are not there to watch..Thank u Franky Frank..

  33. I subscribed and I only saw 10 un interested channels for 1640?
    The major reason why I subscribed is to get cartoon for my daughter,no movies, no reasonable channel here..
    I regret ever wasting this money.
    This is really the worst time to do this.
