The list will contain the user profiles with their TikTok photos. The people in this list are those who viewed your profile the day before.
You should keep in mind that though it is very easy to check your profile views, TikTok updates the profile views every 24 hours. This means you’ll only be able to see your profile views for yesterday. To see those that viewed your profile today, you’ll have to wait till tomorrow.
How to View Profiles Anonymously
What about those times you wish to view someone else’s TikTok profile without them knowing you do this? It is possible. TikTok was designed to notify users that other people checked their profile. So the profile you viewed today will be notified of your visit to that profile the next day.
To remain anonymous while viewing someone else’s profile, you can do the following when you’re not signed into your account. You can only do this via the app as the web browser version doesn’t allow you to search for another user.
To search up a profile, do this:
1. Navigate to your TikTok profile and tap the three horizontal dots located at the upper right-hand corner.
2. Move down the screen and tap Logout.
3. Confirm your logout action.
4. Go back to the home page of TikTok and tap the Discover button that has a magnifying glass down the screen.
5. Type the profile’s username you’re interested in and hit enter.
When you have been able to get to the account, you can now view their content without them knowing. If you’re unable to find their account, it may be that it is set to private.
Adjust TikTok’s Privacy Settings
TikTok helps its users have privacy and adjust its settings. You have a lot of settings at your disposal in the app. If you don’t want a particular person viewing your profile, you can block them. There’s also an option to set your account to private.
Here’s how to set your account to private:
1. Tap your profile icon which you’ll see in the lower right-hand corner of the app.
2. Look over the upper right-hand corner for the three horizontal dots and tap it.
3. Tap the Private Account toggle to enable it.
