  4. Hello, I’ve been getting wrongful debit. I was bebited 3x for a transaction I didn’t initiate. I deactivated the card on my mobile app and it showed inactive. I blocked the card today and got a new one but the old card is still showing on the app. I want to block it using the code but I’m worried I might block the new card. What do I do please

    1. Please visit a branch and report.
      But if the card was blocked it is not suppose to be showing on the mobile app, visit a branch and get confirmation from a customer care representative. Thanks
