    Am tried of this Stanbic bank..they always withdraw my money anyhow they like..I have #46,255 and I use pos to pay for goods that I bought #4400..my acct bal supposed to #41,855.bt is #36,805.#5,050 is debited.why?it was on Wednesday morning they transfer my money to anoder person acct #7700, which I made a complain abt it.today is anoder one #5,050 without a debit alert..once they clear this stuff,am going to block this bank acct..it was this bank that always withdraw #2500 for sms alert charges..there network is not good,some of my money is debit without my consent..Why nw….They should just credit me back my money

    I did a pos transaction on 24th of may 2022 and the transaction showed inappropriate I have been going to all the Stanbic IBTC bank here with a Mac and nothing has been done from one mail to another infact the last one was that I I’ll have to leave it to one month before getting my money back,I keep calling your service lines and nobody is taking my calls am tired and I need my money backπŸ™πŸ»

  32. Good morning, am here to register a complaint in regard to a bill payment Which I made on Sunday 11-04-2021, using @ease wallet with phone number 07035950092, and amounted of #39800. Mr Oluwaseun Bejide Head Customer Experience, am bringing this to your notice that a large number of your staffs in the head office Lagos are misleading customers with wrong feedback, and not putting themselves in customers shoes, my request was cancelled for network issues and nobody try to re-log , after assuring me 3 business working days, now I have to call again and again in fact more than 10 times and was told again I have to wait for another 3 business working days. is that fair? If not for the last person who I spoken with made a personal commitment that will at least be contacting me until this resolve and told me what actually happened I will be waiting for the rest of my life waiting for reversal that will never come. Pls you need to improve on how you make employment based on merit not by who you know in the system and who can put there self in customers shoe not who are only waiting for month end 20th to collect salary. Thank you
