Register Account and Pin Sterling Bank

Dial *822# on the phone number you use to open your Sterling Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) , You then press the number 1,OR dial *822*1*NUBAN Account Number# it will request for your account number, OR dial *822*1*NUBAN Account Number# to register account,  then you can create a 4 digit pin, then follow the other instructions.

To reset your pin

Dial *822# on the phone number you use to open your Sterling Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) , then press 1 to reset your pin (This can only happen after you have registered).

Forgotten PIN for Sterling Bank USSD Transaction

Have you forgotten Your PIN for USSD or PIN is not working, Please you will need to visit a branch and meet a Customer Service agent for assistance on resetting or reactivating Your PIN.

    I blocked my account and I went to bank to unblock it ..now its done and I have reset my used on my phone can I use d pin for my ATM without going to bank ??

    I lost my telephone number which I used to open my sterling bank account, I have also visited a branch and filled a form for number change and updates, up till now, I am not able to receive alert or even register for ussd mobile banking on my new sim. I visited this bank again and complained and they informed that they have done it, but to my greatest surprise, I am yet to receive any alert or register the ussd mobile banking. Please tell me what I should do as I am tired of visiting the same branch which appears incompetent.

    I tried registering and I was asked to put my account my account number and I did the second option was to check my account number if its less than or greater than 10 digits and I don’t understand what that means what do I do?

    I can’t use mobile app on my phone because i don’t receive otp to complete the registration. The otp you sent to me before has expired but i try to click on resend on the app but no response.

    Good day. I want to check my balance and it asking me for USSD code and am trying to register and it says I have been registered. So how can I get the USSD code again. Have a nice day.

      If you have created one, please do input it. PIN 2 is required for a transaction more a certain amount (maybe 20000 Naira, but it is account type dependent).
      It is an additional security feature from Sterling Bank

      Please do one apply for debit card to enable him/her use mobile app transfer transactions my app continued ask ing I should request for debit card before I can go further and secondly why the bank doesn’t reply on email pls check [email protected]

    I am using sterling internet banking to pay my sister school fee on remita so on getting to payment ,sterling Bank showed login ID and password so I filled it,but it was writing authentication failed.please try again….and have been trying again since yesterday morning up till now. This is ridiculous
