How to register, create or reset PIN for UBA USSD transaction
Register PIN
Dial *919#, press the number 7 for Pay Bills, then press the number 1, then You can sign up with Account With Pin or Prepaid with PIN and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number, then you can create a 4 digit pin
To reset your PIN
Dial *919#, press the number 8 for Next, then press the number 6 for Next, and then press 4 for PIN setup and then press 1 for Reset PIN using Account Number OR 2 for Reset PIN Using Prepaid Card and then follow other instructions on the mobile phone number, then you can enter old 4 digit pin, then you will be required to enter new 4 digit pin.
Forgotten PIN for UBA USSD Transaction
Have you forgotten Your PIN for USSD or PIN is not working, Please you will need to visit a branch and meet a Customer Service agent for assistance on resetting or reactivating Your PIN.
