Dial *894*0# , it will guide you on how to register as a new user by creating a 5 digit pin
You could also reset your pin, it will request you to enter old one and then enter the new one twice.

    Whenever I dial *894# it’ll say that I’ve been denied access to my bank,which is First bank,that I should visit the nearest bank,which I did…I don’t think your lazy staff either contract or non did anything, You people need to go and check one of your bank at sango otta Ogun state,they’re just doing runs including the security guards,allowing some crooks to jump the cue,leaving innocent customers outside… In fact it’s a terrible. They don’t know how to relate with customers… Thank your stars that they’ve banned Twitter.

  41. I have a complain… a foreign number accessed my first bank account and transferred 30k from it through ussd, knowing so well that you need your ATM digits to access your USSd.. I went to the nearby branch and they told me the number as been receiving the same alerts I have been receiving, this is from the bank, someone stole from me, if this matter is not rectified I will report this issue to CBN…
