MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile MiFi / WiFi Setup in Nigeria
A MiFi is a portable or mobile WiFi. Due to its small size, it can be placed anywhere (For example, in one’s pocket). It  allows users connect up to ten WiFi enabled devices such as Laptops, Tablets, Phones and other such devices simultaneously to the internet.

How to Setup the MiFi / WiFi

Install the MiFi / WiFi software, by going to My Computer and follow the instruction.
Launch the software from its icon on your desktop OR Launch any Internet Browser (like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and others) and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
Type in the Login Password, The default password is admin
NOTE: You can change the password from the interface.Then Click on  Settings, then click on Dial Up and select Profile Management
Then click on New, and then Please enter information below
Below are the Setting to be entered.

MTN MiFi / WiFi Settings

Config Filename: MTN
Dial Number: *99#
Username: web (or leave blank)
Password: web (or leave blank)
APN : web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net,
NOTE: You have to check Save User Name and Password to enter the username and password (although it is not compulsory) and also check use the following APN name to enter the APNLeave other settings the way it is, then Click on Yes

GLO MiFi / WiFi Settings

Config Filename: GLO
Dial Number:*99#
Username: flat (or leave blank)
Password: flat (or leave blank)
APN: gloflat or glosecure
NOTE: You have to check Save User Name and Password to enter the username and password (although it is not compulsory) and also check use the following APN name to enter the APNLeave other settings the way it is, then Click on Yes

AIRTEL MiFi / WiFi Settings

Config Filename: AIRTEL
Dial Number:*99#
Username: airtel (or leave blank)
Password: airtel (or leave blank)
APN : internet.ng.airtel.com
NOTE: You have to check Save User Name and Password to enter the username and password (although it is not compulsory) and also check use the following APN name to enter the APNLeave other settings the way it is, then Click on Yes

9mobile MiFi / WiFi Settings

Config Filename: 9mobile
Dial Number:*99#
Username: 9mobile (or leave blank)
Password: 9mobile (or leave blank)
APN : 9mobile
NOTE: You have to check Save User Name and Password to enter the username and password (although it is not compulsory) and also check use the following APN name to enter the APN.
