Register  or Reset PIN

Dial *945*00# on the phone number you use to open your Wema Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) OR dial *945# to register account, then press 0, then press 0 again to register your pin, then you can create a 4 digit pin, then follow the other instructions.

To reset your pin

Dial *945# on the phone number you use to open your Wema Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) , then press 8 to go the next page, then press 2 to reset your pin or change your PIN.

    I just opened my wema bank account and a pin was sent to me…Now I want to make transfer using used code but it’s telling me confirm new 4digit used code…

    I forgot my transfer pin, I went to your bank today for a pin reset I was told there’s nothing they can do as pin reset option is not working. How can a full blown bank not help a customer?

    I open this account on phone and I have already open the account finish before I know that there’s no wema bank in the state that I am and have transfer money to the account and transfer money from the account to another bank account suddenly it stop working and whenever I want to o make a transfer it will tell me thymy account is not active and am trying to activate it the is not working please help I am broke while I have money in my wema bank account that I can’t withdraw

    Please I’ve been trying change my pin,nive been trying the pin given to me but it’s not connecting, it says it’s an incorrect pin, so I tried changing it, after dialing *945# and followed the instructions, at the end I was asked to confirm my ussd pin, I entered the new pin I want to change and it’s still not connecting. I’m getting a feedback that it’s mismatch. Please I need a solution to this

    I recharged my phone from my account . The amount was deducted from my bank account but my phone was not credited. Pls Help.

      Please be patient and check account balance if money has been deducted.
      Please it is has been deducted with 24 hours and the money is not returned, please contact customer service. Thanks

    Am trying to create a ussd pin to transfer it kept writing error, I have tried all the instruction I read to no avail. I still used *945*00# after all the steps it wrote incorrect pin haba to create pin is a serious issue here

    Am trying to create a transfer code for the past three days now…..
