      If you have registered for the BVN, please be patient for your data to be uploaded on the platform.
      Also you could visit where you registered to confirm if it has been uploaded.

    I opened a student gtbank account and used it for years before I took utility bill to a branch to upgrade the account and surprisingly I was given another account number different from the old one. If I want to make any transaction on my phone and on same number using used, it directs me only to the old student account.
    How do I make transactions on the upgraded account please?

      You will need to check if your account is linked by your BVN, if it is not, you might need to do another BVN registration (But remember, double BVN capturing is illegal)

    i do not have my account details as i expected on my phone only to find out months to find out months latter that the bank sent me a massage telling me to update my BVN number as the account had been inactive, the only detail i have on that acct is my phone number which is #08129640457
