Dial *901*5# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Access Bank account and follow the instruction. You will be prompted to provide the last four digits of your BVN.

Dial *901# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Access Bank account and follow the instruction.

Check Account Number

Dial *901# on the mobile phone number you used to open your Access Bank account, Press 4 for other services, then press 4 for enquiry services, then 3 for A/c No Enquiry and follow further instruction.

    Please I updated my BVN registered phone number yesterday….because I don’t have access to the old one. I visited the branch where I enrolled for BVN. I brought the necessary documents…after going through it all…the accountant told me to go home and that it has been resolved. But uptill now…almost 24 hours already…my new phone number is still not registered on my BVN. The old one is still showing up….thereby preventing me from doing transaction online with reputable sites. This is because each time I input my BVN number….an otp will be sent to my BVN registered number. Please help….this is causing a lot of barrier for me.

      There is a difference between phone number for BVN and the phone number you used on your Account Number.
      This seems to be the phone number you used while opening the account.
      You will have to update account number phone number.

      You need your phone number to check the BVN. The only option you have left is to visit the Bank and provide your account number and your BVN will be given to you. Thanks

      Access Bank (Diamond) has removed the feature from the USSD dashboard, but maybe it might be updated and added again. Sorry for this situation.
