I am having big problems with the proximity sensor, once the screen is off, it becomes difficult to switch it on until the call ends. the power button doesn’t help so as the fingerprint sensor. this forces me to tell the respondent to cut the line which I feel it’s unprofessional. sometimes it consumes my airtime as I keep on forcing myself to restart the device. I have been looking for procedures to follow to fix this problem but it looks like Tecno Pouvoir 3 Air has its own features.

It’s a nice phone but it has failed to support any VPN app
Each time I try connecting, the VPN will run for like one minute and then disconnect.
It might be due to the low RAM, please do clear running apps before launching VPN.

the reason is because its ram is 1gb.
The RAM size is 1 GB. So please clear memory to clear up space.
