Not all applications can be moved into a SD Card, do try in settings, some will move.

The phone memory is too small and I inserted a memory card but even at that it keep quitting on apps like WhatsApp and Instagram and ll always write insufficient storage pls do something abt it
So my Tecno Phone storage shows 8GB but i only downloaded face book lite and whats app only and its storage is now full, so its storage is full and when i inserted in a xender app, the phone storage was showing 3.95 GB meaning what was put is not the actual one

Try another working SIM to see if the SIM card position is good, if not return the phone.
My tecno pop 1 F3 camera doesn’t work again since yesterday, I had to google for likely solution where I was directed to force stop and clear data and cashe. The flash light icon disappeared thereafter and it kept on saying the device couldn’t detect camera sensor. And I downloaded camera from play store and it kept saying the same thing. But I remembered it fell down the day before yesterday.
Please the camera can be replace. Please do meet a phone technician for a replacement. But make sure you troubleshoot to make sure it is the hardware and not a software issue. Thanks
Tecno Pop 1 (f3) instead of charging when powered on, it is discharging except I off the phone before it will charge. Is that one of the problem of the phone?
The problem might be from either the charger or the battery. Please are making use of the original or recommended charger?

it do screen shoot with three finger. locate ur intelligent app you will see where to enable the three finger setting
