      Pls my isssd code is not going through even after I when to the bank to unlock it they say they will send me massage that they have unlock which they did but the problem now is that when you the usssd code is tell me to put new pin after put my account number the pin and still confirm the new pin. It will ask me to enter 1 to process but if I do that it will still bring me back again my ATM is new new one have not use it in ATM machine only pos pls what can I do

    I’ve dialed *770*911*9# Done all they asked me to do, entered the last degit of my atm card and they still said the details is not correct.

    What the fuck do they want me to do?.

    This bank is a total useless and a malfunctioning bank how will u debited twice because of ATM that I newly collected and was not activated you gave me ATM the first day j deducted 1075 and I came to complain the following wee that it was not activated you dedecuted another 1075 . it is unfair now…I hate the way this bank is functioning… You are just stressing me…

    Fidelity bank customer service is the worst, why must we visit bank because we want to create transfer pin .I visited the bank to activate online banking and instant banking so I have to go back to activate pin again in this digital world..your bank really needs to upgrade.. This is nonsense

      Please do you remember a previous PIN, if you do, it can be reset.
      But if you have forgotten the PIN, you will need a visit a branch to get a PIN reset. Thanks

    Since I purchased My ATM card and activated a Pin up to a year now I haven’t make use of the card for any transaction or withdraw money ATM machine,but now I felt to change the pin code and dialled the code to change it,the system replied this “Unrecognized PIN go to forgot PIN menu’what do I do? tnx

    Please how can I make a transfer…. I forgot my transfer pin but I later remember it after getting block…my noble app and instant transfer none is working….. I can’t visit any bank because am not around for now….I have called customers care number with my international number …I sent mails …send WhatsApp messages too but nothing have been done concerning it…..am tired of everything….     Please your branch in igando are they open for business because I want to reset my ussd pin I can’t remember my old pin or is it what I can do online?

        Step 1: Request for a new PIN in any of the Fidelity closest Branch

        Step 2: You’ll receive SMS alert with 24 hours, Slot your card into Any Fidelity bank ATM and select any random 4 digits Number and press enter.

        Step 3: Select “change PIN” to enter your preferred 4 digits PIN

        Step 4: Re-enter the PIN the second time and submit.

    I change my number,

    the number was changed successfully but anytime I want to make any transaction they keep sending the “OTP” to the old line, I went to the Branch they said I should activate it from the ussd *770# I dialed and they said I should choose a new pin.
    I wanted to reset my new pin and they told me to dial *770*01# but as I dialed it there’s no “choose new pin” option there.
    Please what should I do?

      The account might have been locked due to your IP address, do contact the customer care through their email and inform them you were locked out maybe due to change in Your IP address as you are in India.

    Pls why has the editor gone silent all of a sudden? What does silence n no more replies to people’s comment tell us? N by the way Mr or Mrs editor, u keep referring clients to go to customer service at thier branches… If customer service is the solution to thier problems, then what are we bothering about getting in touch with your online services for?…. N by the way I have been to customer service at my branch and they said all I have to do is reset my pin. Which take us all back to square 1. I think your IT DEPARTMENT needs serious help

    Fidelity Bank needs to update its app to match the procedures giving above and in their leaflet. The app never display ‘forget pin’ and also asks for old pin that one cannot remember.
