Thanks for this platform I have since not use my s31 phone due to bad battery. Just recently I got a new 2200mah battery and I discovered that the battery reduces without using it

Ok, Please do try to modify some settings, like brightness, location off (GPS), auto rotate off and this will assist to save battery.
Only enable them when needed. Thanks

This might be a software issue, try to carry out a factory reset to see if issue is fixed (remember all data on phone memory will be lost, so perform a backup).

SIS your phone is not registered at the telecommunication ,you will have to go to the tele and request IMEI registration,you will be expected to make some payment since the shop you bought from has not legally delivered the phone.Or you can return it to the shop and ask for replacement if you have the receipt.
