I can’t send with my phone but I do receive messages i called customer care, I was asked to check and set the message center number.
I checked message settings but i cannot see where to set the message center number

In reply to Samuel Malomo. This problem is due to the low RAM, please do clear background apps not in use, so that the one is used can be stored in the RAM. Thanks

Tecno Pourvoir 3 Air is a good phone, I love it functionalities. But the one and only problem I have with it is that it does not run background app. I mean, it doesn’t do multi-tasking. It restart program each time I minimum any app. Can this be resolved?
