Nothing seems the same as depicted here.
Called “Options” instead of “properties”.
Many changes to organization.
Playback has its own section.
But sync subsection area in playback is grayed out, and doesn’t appear to include changing the audio sync in ms.
The only changes I can use is “+” & “-“, which shift audio by +/-10ms.
