Make Sure Opera VPN is Enabled
1) Launch the Opera Web Browser.
2) on the top left hand corner, click on the Opera Logo With Menu , then click on Settings or Press Alt + P on your keyboard to go to settings.
3) The Basic Settings window opens
4) Click on Privacy and Security on the left hand corner.
5) Scroll down to VPN and check enable VPN.
6) VPN will show on the address bar of the Opera Web Browser.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies For Opera VPN to Work
1) Press Ctrl + Shift+ Delete
2) Select what you want to clear and then click on Clear Browsing Data.
Then go to the address and enable Opera VPN.
Change Opera VPN location to Optimal Location
On the address bar, Click on VPN, change the Virtual location to Optimal Location.
Make Sure Opera Web Browser is Up to Date
1) Launch the Opera Web Browser
2) On the top left hand corner, Click on the Opera logo and then click on About Opera
3) A new tab will open and will check if the Opera Browser you have installed is the latest, if not, it can be updated.
Antivirus (Avast and AVG) Fix
1)To fix on Avast, Launch Avast Antivirus
2)Click on Settings
3)Go to Component, Then on Web Shield, Click on Customize
4) A new window will open, de-select enable HTTPS scanning
