My fero Royale x2 it’s having low volume, even after doing all sound setting and trying using volume booster apps, still no achievement, what might be the problem?? While few people here they’re commenting the issue of sound speaker, without getting helpful reply towards the issue.

Hello since I bought my phone March have been experiencing some problems.. At times it stops to ring out or stops playing music out same with video and after some hours its comes to normal or most times I just have to reboot the phone.. So please help out cuz I went back to where I bought it and the agent couldn’t fix it
Try factory resetting the device or hard resetting the device to see if problem is fixed, but remember files stored on phone memory will be lost.

My fero X2 is not ringing out nor playing any music I have tried everything possible but to no avail, I tried using vlc and it played well but still refuses to ring out.
I bought my Royale X2 few days ago and I discovered that the batteries drains a lot even without chatting or browsing..I think the ba3s is too poor to be 4000mah….also it indicates the device comes with a fast charge ability…but mine takes approximately 3hrs, 30mins to be filled during charge

As I have said, they didn’t offer any reasonable solution but said it was Fero made. The phone is on warranty. I wish this can really be taken so serious as it is a minus on this good product. How would a phone of lower specs be better than it in resolution and sound? It is such a despicable reality. Thanks.
Thanks for replying. No. I didn’t: I am not using any memory card with it. When I lodged this complaint to the Fero agent where I purchased it, I was told that’s how this particular one was made. However, people confirmed it that there is disparity between the earlier version and the one on sale now and I also confirmed it. When a particular video and song were played on the two same phones, the earlier version, in sound, sounded better, and in resolution, it was also of better quality. Their packaging is also different. I wonder why this is the case as one pay for a product but got less of its stated qualities.

If you are within the warranty period, i will advise you to take up an action with Fero agent concerning either replacement or assist to get the earlier version of the Fero Royale X2.

The same contact or phone number has sent you many messages, and so you might see it as one.

I got my fero royale x2 on 3rd of Jan, 2018. After configuring fingers for the finger print sensor, I wanted to unlock my phone with the finger print unlock, but it was saying “not recognized”. What could be the problem?
Please make sure it is the same finger that you made use of.
After some number of errors, it might disable the device, please give some time and retry.
Hi I just got a royale x2 and I am fairly satisfied with the product. I however have two major issues with it, namely:
– The video player stopped working 2wks after unboxing. Now I cannot play youtube videos or even those I record with the phone’s camera
– The speaker volume is quite low, especially when I put a call on speaker
I will appreciate it if anyone else who knows a work around for these problems can share with me pls
