I am from Ethiopia. I have used Itel 32 for more than a year it was better. But recently I can’t access my phone better, the charger house of the phone couldn’t resist power or loses its charge amount. when I restart the phone it became off again and again. Rather the phone has not available accessories in the service center and also as it was sealed the price of its screen and touch very expensive.

Its now 4 months since l bought this itel s-32 phone but l’m having a problem now. It overheats when l’m using it and the battery isn’t lasting that much but takes up to 7 hours to get fully chargerd. And secondly if i plug in my charger whilst the phone is on it wont charge but if i switch it off that’s when it start to respond to the pluged charger.

please i can’t access Mobile money on my phone and again I can’t use the phone to do internet data unless I insert the SIM into different phone before I can do both mobile money and the data. My friend just bought those phone and he’s having a problem with a very slow charge. Ex.. He had the phone plugged for 45min while it wz still on and the charge went from 1% to only 8%. why Itel s32 cannot have H or H+. 90% of the time the phone will be connected to E even if the site has 3G network
Go to Settings, touch on More, then touch Cellular network, Go to Preferred Network type and set it to 3G only or 4G as the case may be.

my itel s32. when i unlock the phone through the fingerprint scanner. it most times opens to the camera. so i dont know what might be the problem
