This bank need to change their software. The bank have been having problems with transfers and activation of renewed ATM cards simply because the software they deployed is obsolete. Even if you visit the bank to make transfer to other banks, it will still not be effected. It took the bank 3 days to refund me transfer that was not fully executed.
You guys need to do better.
