i really like it. Tecno doesn’t impressed me, but now i’m trying to buy cheap phones for my children. If you are owner of Tecno H7 or another model of Tecno could you recomend me it or not? Some advises will be great.
Tecno H7 is good but there are newer models you can check out.

Always have soft ware issue. What is the solution
The major reason for this is due to lack of update of the firmware by Tecno.
You could root the device to enjoy later updgrades of the android operating system (at your risk, but not really harmful)
But to fix the problem for a short while, you restore the device to factory settings, remember you will lose some of your files in the process so you have to back up your files.

The Tecno H7 has an Android 4.2 while the Tecno M6 has Android 4.4
The Tecno H7 has a 4GB internal memory while Tecno M6 has an 8GB internal memory.
Is a good phone but battery is very bad. Mine came with power bank and battery drains fast (and I just have on the data). When I put the modem it goes faster the battery. I am afraid in couple of months it will last only an hour.
My gps keeps turning on without any reason, I have to turn it off manually always and all my applications dont allow gps location so I dont know how to fix it.

You can take screen shots with the phone by holding down the volume down button and the power button together.
I am using H7 now, the battery is poor, mine came with power bank the phone is always very hot when charging it

If not, while charging, please do not use, it is always adviceable to leave the phone until it is fully charged, before use.

For the Tecno H7, you will need to check your settings, go to mobile Networks, and check if there is any settings that is not well set.
You should also check if you limit data usage, so has to see if you have reach the threshold.
tecno is equally perfect as compaired to other phones especially among the android phones.so I edge that what is left now is additional battery to make a challenge other phones
Ok, really cool to hear this.
Its my humble request for you to make extra battery to accompany the one that comes along with the phone.reason being the battery power doesnt last for along period storage that can support charging especially when you are in places without power.

There are alternatives to these, you could get a Power bank to help support your battery life, you could use some software to help reduce battery usage and some common practices of offing the Wifi or Bluetooth etc when not in use. Hope these helps.
