Create PIN For Zenith Bank USSD Transaction
Dial *966# on the phone number you use to open your Zenith Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) , then press enter and then press 2, it will ask for the last 4 digits of your debit card (that is your ATM Card number) , then you can create a 4 digit pin, if successful, you will get a message “retrieving your balance”. You will then receive a message (SMS) with your account balance on your account.
How to Reset Zenith Bank USSD PIN
To do a reset, all you need to do is simply dial; *966*60# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts.
You could also reset your pin, it will request you to enter old one and then enter the new one twice.

have been try to register for mobile transfer they asked for the last for digit of my ATM even after putting it it doesn’t work ..customers care are not picking just wasting my credit it is Frau sting

Please try to visit their physical office closest to you, it will be fixed.
It might also be network issue.

I changed my phone number (number that receives my alerts ) but am trying to use the USSD code but it keeps telling me to register and I’ve done that and it ends up saying that am already registered but when I try to make a transaction,it takes me back to registering..please what can be done

So this means a person who doesn’t have a debit card can’t register and use the *966# code for any transaction??? this really sucks 😠😠.. ….you people need to really work and upgrade your way of doing things in that bank… I have an account with Wema bank, on opening account, they gave me a debit card free of charge… your bank when I went to open my new account, I ticked the master card option and went further to ask the lady that attended to me details about cards,she said its one thousand Naira and I have to come bank to obtain a different form to apply for card… why not that instant?? it is really not good enough.

Yes, You will need it, although you could contact the bank’s customer care if there is another way to do this without the Debit Card.
