The Google Sign on is a widget on your Android phone and you could remove it, Hold the widget and drag to the top right of the screen to remove it.
For the sound from the keypad, you have to check the settings, there should be about two keyboards installed, so check the type and make sure it is the type that the settings of sound is turn off. Thanks
