Tecno phone’s are phone’s with quality camera,clear sound and one thing I like about Tecno phone’s are the battery can lust long before going off, and it’s very fast when searching.
I like your product keep it up always.
But one thing is that, now the prices is increasing too much at market please if you can do something about it to be stabilize it.
And also when we buy the product no warntee or three days of warntee which is not fear dealing with your customer and when there’s a fault on the product your carlcare centers are not willing to assist we the customer’s.
I my self have countered this problems several times,even my current phone I’m using ,not more than four months I faced some fault and I went to your carlcare center with my phone reciept and they told me to pay two hundred Ghana cedis before they will solve it.
What do you know about the warntee and the manual of the product too state that warntee is
years.
I my have used your product for more than ten years now and I still enjoying it.
