If the warranty is still in place, it can be replaced. But if not, check out one of their care centers for proper fixing of the problem. Actually, the problem can be fixed.

check on the side of the phone, a button is present, use it to control the volume.

It can handle Multiple application, that is it is involved in multi-tasking and handle lot of application due to the availability of the 1GB RAM
