Register For Stanbic USSD

Dial *909# on the phone number you use to open your Stanbic IBTC Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) then press 6 for other services, Press 1 for My Bank, then press 7 to Create PIN,  then follow the other instructions.

To reset your pin

Dial *909# on the phone number you use to open your Stanbic IBTC Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) then press 6 for other services, Press 1 for My Bank, then press 6 to Create PIN

Forgotten PIN for Stanbic IBTC USSD Transaction

Have you forgotten Your PIN for USSD or PIN is not working, Please you will need to visit a branch and meet a Customer Service agent for assistance on resetting or reactivating Your PIN.

    Use the phone number you use to open the account, then dial the code and then attempt to perform a transaction, it will require you to provide you ATM card details and then you can create your PIN. Thanks

    If this is on an ATM, you will need to visit a branch for PIN reset.
    But if this is on the USSD platform, you need to know your former PIN in order to Reset to a new one. Thanks
