Register For Stanbic USSD

Dial *909# on the phone number you use to open your Stanbic IBTC Bank Account (or where you receive your alert) then press 6 for other services, Press 1 for My Bank, then press 7 to Create PIN,  then follow the other instructions.

To reset your pin

    1. If this is on an ATM, you will need to visit a branch for PIN reset.
      But if this is on the USSD platform, you need to know your former PIN in order to Reset to a new one. Thanks

    1. Dial *909# then go to “My bank” then 6 (change pin). Once you do that, it’ll work. Got this from their official twitter handle last night.

    1. Use the phone number you use to open the account, then dial the code and then attempt to perform a transaction, it will require you to provide you ATM card details and then you can create your PIN. Thanks
