The truth is that the USSD code does not work, and True Serve (Customer Care may not answer your call especially if it is during weekends) just like what is happening to me today Saturday 11th November, 2023.
I used to market Fidelity Bank as the best bank in Nigeria that I have ever used, but not anymore after this horrible experience. I am just bearing my mind for you to know that we are on our own in this country. Nothing is working.
