In reply to Sunday. Please is the memory card good, then if is Good, the slot is the problem and it can replaced. For the contact issue, your phone might have been infected, so you should try to restore your phone to factory settings,but remember you will lose all data stored on the phone, so you need to perform a backup. My 2 major headache about Deep power 2 are:
1. Contacts always disappear from the phone without deleting any number even when the contact settings is normal (show all contacts)mode.
2. The memory card slot is not recognizing my card. This has been my experience even when I have not opened the phone to work on it.
I will appreciate any available lasting solution.

1. This might be due to the build quality and you should if there is dirt on the phone lens.
2) Please has the phone fallen? Because it seems the screen its having an issue.

1. i bought power 2 in Uganda but the quality of image by the back camera is too poor compared to other phones with the same 5mp camera.
2. My power has started changing screen color by its-self into black and white as well as loosing a steady display, it jumps continuously, what could be the problem?
3. How much is the cost of screen and sensor or touch repair parts
