There have been myriads of complaints about Fero products. I bought a Fero Pad in October last year and in less than 3 months the Phone has gone for repairs thrice.

I changed the USB device option to copy files, the device charged when it was connected but did not manifest on the 3 computers on which i tried it.
Please, on which port could the problem be, the Phone or computers port/s.

Did you change the USB device option to storage or copy files?
Was the device charging when it was connected?
If all this were done, then the problem is the port.

I connected the my FERO PAD8 to my computer, using the FERO PAD8 USB cable and also tried one other multi-purpose (tested and trusted) functional cable but the FERO PAD 8 did not show on the computer.
I bought the FERO PAD8 at PEC stores at Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo on 7th December, 2017. The Engineer at the store could not help also. But i believe the new tech-phone should have capacity to reflect its contents on a laptop for coping, deletion and so on.
