  1. Scrum.org’s Professional Scrum Master certification

When you talk about the gold standard of Scrum certification, there’s no way you won’t mention Scrum.org’s certifications. In this training, you’ll learn about Agile training and Scrum Master training. Scrum.org is reputed to provide solid scrum training, so you can trust it. Taught by Ken Schwaber, it offers three scrum master certifications, namely: Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), Professional Scrum Master III (PSM III). 2. Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)

If you have a CSM certification, you can go ahead to obtain The Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification. You must have one or more experience in a Scrum master role. The certification offers more than just the principles of Scrum, you are taken through techniques that cover interaction, team Dynamics, coaching facilitation, and more. After the training is complete and approved, you must accept the A-CSM license agreement. You must also have a proof of 12 month of work experience as a scrum master in the past 5 years.

3. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Training

This is an interactive course that gets you skilled with the right techniques to be a scrum master. In this course, you will be furnished with knowledge on how to develop product visions, create product backlogs, define value, analyze user stories, manage stakeholder expectations, and more. The two-day program consists of exercises, case studies, and discussion to solidify the knowledge that students get. If you are able to complete the course, you will be awarded the certification that will qualify you for CSPO.

4. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a beginner certification for anyone who wants to be on a Scrum team. Offered by Scrum Alliance, the certification will test you on  Scrum best practices, principles, and values. You will demonstrate your ability to apply all this knowledge to a team and an organization. The course teaches the fundamentals of Scrum, such as team accountability, artifacts, events, and more. After the training, you can take the CSM exam, and if you’re successful, you will be qualified to take on a Scrum master role
